Abstract

The researcher, in this paper, explores a theme that occupies a large space in Tuqan's poetry. The researcher has also consulted language and Philosophy handbooks to reach a definition of this theme and referred to Palestinian writers who have used this theme in their writings. Then he tackles the image of homeland and explains its place m his value system. The researcher concludes that Tuqan has pioneered this theme in Palestinian literature and influenced poets who followed him.
