Abstract |
The aim of this study is to pinpiont the socio-economic and secutity priorities to the Palestinian people during Al-Aqsa Intifada. The continuos Israeli war against the Palestinian people and the increasing Israeli repression impose economic needs like improving the economic situation and creating job opportunities. The social priorities concentrated on freeing prisoners from Israeli jails, improving education at public schools, improving public health services and receiving some aids. On the security level, the priorities are lifting checkpoints and roadblocks among villages and cities and maintaining the Palestinian internal security. These priorities are affected by different socio-economic variables like place of residence, type of living …etc. |
