Abstract |
The main purpose of this study is to examine the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) dimensions in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Science in Al Azhar University – Gaza. Many studies have been conducted on implementing (TQM) in the academic institutions locally، nationally, and internationally. Most of these studies pointed to the importance of implementing (TQM) in the education sector in response for rapid environmental changes and increasing of customer perception to the importance of quality. The previous studies and the Palestinian Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission Model were used as a tool for this study. All the academic staff of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Science were included in the study. The study revealed that in general the Faculty is implementing (TQM) at a middle level and there is no significant statistical differences in the implementation of (TQM) as far as the academic degree، years of experience, and age are concerned for all quality dimensions.
